We understand that shipping and returns can be a concern when purchasing items online, so we have put together the following information to help you understand our policies and procedures.
Shipping Information: We offer local delivery of all our landscape products throughout Virginia. Our in-house truck and experienced drivers ensure that your products will be delivered promptly and safely. Our delivery fees are based on city:

DELIVERY INCLUDES: 1 Truck of Material, Up to 3 Pallets of Pavers, or 2 pallets of stone. IF MORE THAN 3 PALLETS CALL US FOR QUOTE.
Pickup Information: If you prefer to pick up your products in person, you can do so at our store location. Simply select the "pickup" option during the checkout process and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Our store hours are 9AM TO 5PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY and we ask that you bring a copy of your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID with you when you come to pick up your products.
Returns Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from OUTDOOR SHOWROOM and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within THREE days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please note that some of our products may be ineligible for returns due to their size or weight, so please check the product description carefully before placing your order.

PAVER RETURN REFUNDS- WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING AND WE CHARGE A 20% RE-STOCKING FEE.
PLANT RETURNS- SHIPPING NOT REFUNDABLE, 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within THREE days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We may request photos of the damaged or defective item to help us better understand the issue. If your return is approved, we will contact you to schedule pickup.
